Biointake BCAA is a PRE-INTRA-POST Workout that includes 7gm of Fermented BCAA for instant recovery, (5g) Glutamine to support muscle breakdown, (5g) Citrulline for Improving athletic performance, its also acts as vasodilator which helps widen the veins and increase blood flow.

BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), L-Glutamine, L Citrulline, Electrolyte Blend Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride), Acidity Regulator (INS 330), Nature and Natural Identical Flavours (Green Apple Slush, Black Currant Blast, Blueberry Ice Punch, Watermelon Smash), Permitted Food Colour, Sweetener (INS 955).

• Take 1 scoop (10 g) of Biointake BCAA.
• Add in to 200-300 ml water or any other beverages of your choice.
• Shake well and consume it.
